Welcome to the Compadre Branch - Chandler
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the East Valley's Compadre Branch - Chandler serves the City of Chandler and surrounding East Valley communities. Chandler has been among the fastest growing communities by population in the United States for the past several years and currently has over 230,000 citizens. The community is serviced by 25 public schools, 3 middle schools, 3 high schools and multiple private and charter schools. There are currently over 30,000 school age children in the Chandler community. With this increase in population comes the need for safe, positive after-school and summer programs for the children.
- Registration for our Junior Suns Basketball League will begin on November 18th for kids ages 5-14. Price for the month of November will be $35.00 per child, and for the month of December will be $45.00 per child.
There will also be a $20.00 club membership fee if your child is not a current member. Basketball season will begin in January. - Join us for our Grand Opening on November 16, 2009. The festivities will begin at 4:30 p.m. with the ribbon cutting ceremony and the burial of the time capsule.
- The Club will be open on Veteran’s Day, November 11, 2009 from 8:30-5:30. The kids can be there all day at no cost, but they need to bring a lunch.
- Please join us for our Annual Thanksgiving Dinner on Wednesday, November 25, 2009. The doors will open at 5:00 p.m. and we will begin serving at 5:30.
